Related to Bridge(s) or Related to Signal(s) or Sign Support(s) creates one or more work areas that are related to bridges or signal control areas.
A separate work area polygon will be created for each asset chosen.
The project work area geometries will be a copy of the assets geometry excepting the Sign Supports. As the Sign Supports are line features they must be buffered to generate the necessary work areas polygon used for scanning operations.
The work area name will be based on the asset type and it's unique identifier, e.g. "Bridge 00001".
Related to Bridge(s) or Related to Signal(s) displays a list of assets and allows you to do the following:
•Select one or more assets from the list.
•Use the magnifying glass icon.png) to zoom the map into the asset.
•Use the grid's built-in controls .png) to sort or filter the list.

Click the Add Work Area(s) button to create the work area.
Note: Since the Sign Support assets are line features they must be buffered to generate a polygon to be used for asset scanning. You can choose to have the resultant polygon have rounded edges or square edges. You can also enter a desired buffer distance or use the default.
