Click the Add Work Area(s) button to create the project work area.
Notes when creating a state-wide or district-wide project:
•You can select one or more districts for the project, but it will only have one work area.
•The prefix is in the PP17x range.
•No scanned assets contained within the work area.
•Project work area is non-editable.
To transform a state-wide or district-wide project into a local project:
•Delete the existing state or district-wide work area.
•Add one or more work areas using any of the work area tools.
•The new work areas are scanned for assets.
•The proposed project number remains the same.
