The web map contains several tools located in the upper left corner of the map:

Zoom in
|
Zoom out of the current view.
|

Zoom out
|
Zoom in to the current view.
|
|

Home
|
Switches the current view to the initial viewport.
|
|
|
Compass
|
Indicates where north is in relation to the current view rotation.
Clicking the compass will rotate the view to face north (heading = 0).

You can also use a mouse and keyboard for panning, zooming, and rotating the map:
•Drag the mouse to pan
•Mouse Scroll Forward to zoom in
•Mouse Scroll Backward to zoom out
•SHIFT + Drag the mouse to zoom in
•SHIFT + CTRL + Drag the mouse to zoom out
•Double Click to Center and Zoom in
•SHIFT + Double Click to Center and Zoom in
•Use arrow keys to pan
•Right Click drag to Rotate
